A large custom Sukiya gate measuring approximately W9,000 x H3,200 was directly delivered to the site in its completed form, and installation was completed in about 5 to 6 hours. After installation, the contractor performed finishing work such as tile installation, and the project was completed. The Japanese-style fence was measured again after the gate was installed, and was manufactured and delivered later. We would like to introduce a case study of a Sukiya-style gate construction that we conducted. Materials were prepared in our factory, and assembly work was carried out on-site. The foundation work for installation and the erection of rebar for welding were performed by the contractor. The main material used is heartwood from the Chamaecyparis obtusa, similar to the Sukiya-style gate, and the wall sections were treated with FIT WALL to provide a waterproof substrate before installation.
